Take a Read
After they were gone, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, “Get up! Take the child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you. For Herod is about to search for the child to destroy Him.” So he got up, took the child and His mother during the night, and escaped to Egypt. He stayed there until Herod’s death, so that what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet might be fulfilled: Out of Egypt I called My Son.

Normally I would start off one of these posts with some witty excerpt from a book or song that has struck a chord in my heart, but this one feels different. As I sit in bed writing this my mind races at the uncertainties that have been rushing through my mind over the last few months. I have had many questions that have dominated my thoughts recently. Most of them come back to the one that has most stumped me:
What truly matters in this life?
